1. SPONSOR

   Golden Hearts Games, Inc., P.O. Box 747, Framingham, MA 01701 ("Golden Hearts " or "Sponsor") is the Sponsor/Promoter of the Promotional Games (the "Sweepstakes" or the "Promotional Game(s)").

2. ELIGIBILITY

   The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America, including any of the U.S. Territories, who are 18 years of age or older (for Alabama and Nebraska, a person must be 19 years of age or older; for Mississippi and Puerto Rico, a person must be 21 years of age or older) at the time of account creation as per Rule 3 below.

   Residents of Idaho, Montana, Michigan, Nevada and Washington State or individuals physically located in the state of Idaho, Montana, Michigan, Nevada and Washington State are prohibited from creating an account and playing on the Website. Residents of Connecticut, New Jersey, or New York state or individuals physically located in Connecticut, New Jersey, or New York state are prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes but are allowed to create accounts and play with Gold Coins. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the closing of your account and the loss of all Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins acquired through your use of the Services to the extent legally permissible. For the avoidance of doubt, your use of the Services is void where prohibited by law.

   Residents of Florida are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, but subject to limitations as defined in Section 13 below.

   The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: Officers, Directors, Employees, Agents and Representatives of the Sponsor, any parent company, subsidiary, affiliated company or any other individual or party involved in the management of the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and any immediate family members of such individuals (i.e. - spouses, partners, parents, siblings, children, etc.) and all individuals residing in the same household.

   Individuals may create only one (1) account per person and up to two (2) accounts per household are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. For avoidance of doubt, closing an account does not allow or enable anyone to create a new account for the purpose of violating the provision.

   A person is defined as an individual identity with the same name (including nicknames, shortened versions of names, or misspelled versions of names); OR the same address; OR the same credit or debit card(s); OR the same phone number; OR the same social security number.

   A household is defined as a physical location with a street address or an Internet Protocol ("IP") Address or the device (same phone, tablet, laptop, computer, or another similar device). For the sake of clarity, the use of fictitious or "made-up" names or "borrowing" another individual's identity, even with his or her permission, is strictly prohibited.

   In the event Golden Hearts discovers that an individual has created or is utilizing more than one (1) account per person or more than two (2) accounts per household, Golden Hearts reserves the right, without warning, to immediately suspend, close or terminate ANY or ALL of these accounts and void ALL Coins purchased, gifted, bonused or won, as well as cancel ALL pending redemptions or payouts. Accounts closed for violating this provision will NOT be refunded and Coins will NOT be transferred from a closed account to an open account even if Golden Hearts, in its discretion, elects to allow one (1) account to remain open.

   By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these official rules (the “Official Sweepstakes Rules”) and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to these Official Sweepstakes Rules. In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Sweepstakes Rules, the Official Game Rules, or the individual Game Rules, these Official Sweepstakes Rules will prevail, govern and control in all respects OTHER THAN the specifics of participation in a given Promotional Game (as to which the applicable Game Rules will prevail, govern and control).

   Use of the Website is subject to applicable laws and is void where prohibited by law.

3. OVERVIEW

   Golden Hearts operates an online and mobile, browser-based, social casino platform where account holders can play casino or casino-style Games using Golden Hearts virtual currency, called Gold Coins, for fun and entertainment purposes. Golden Hearts also gives away Sweeps Coins, as defined in these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Sweeps Coins can be used to participate in the Sweepstakes on www.goldenheartsgames.com (the "Website") and, in the future, perhaps other websites.

4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD

   The Sweepstakes Entry Period (“Sweepstakes Period”) as set forth in these Official Sweepstakes Rules begins on the first day of the current month (e.g. - July 1, 2025) at 12:00:00am ET and is scheduled to end on the last day of the current month (e.g. - July 31, 2025) at 11:59:59pm ET. The Sponsor's server is the official timekeeping device for each Sweepstakes Entry Period.

5. ODDS OF WINNING

   The odds of winning vary by individual Promotional Game. Sponsor reserves the right to change the odds of winning at any time.

6. PROMOTIONAL GAMES VIRTUAL CURRENCY - "SWEEPS COINS"

   To participate in any of the Promotional Games, a person must first create a free user account on the Golden Hearts Website. Please see the Terms and Conditions for additional information about account creation, eligibility, and usage of the Website. Access to Promotional Games is offered by using Sweeps Coins. Golden Hearts uses two (2) types of Sweeps Coins: (a) Unplayed Sweeps Coins; and (b) Redeemable Sweeps Coins. Collectively these are referred to as “Sweeps Coins”.

   1. Unplayed Sweeps Coins: Account holders can acquire or earn Unplayed Sweeps Coins via multiple sources. See Section 7 below for additional information. Unplayed Sweeps Coins have no cash value and can only be used to pay for entry fees in any of the Promotional Games on the Website. Unplayed Sweeps Coins cannot be directly exchanged for Redeemable Sweeps Coins and cannot be exchanged for cash or digital gift cards.

   2. Redeemable Sweeps Coins: Account holders can only receive Redeemable Sweeps Coins as prizes in the Promotional Games. For example, if an account holder wins a Promotional Game of Old School Casino Solitaire™, the prize paid and credited to the account holder's Sweeps Coins account would be credited as Redeemable Sweeps Coins.

   Redeemable Sweeps Coins have a value of $1.00 per Redeemable Sweeps Coin. Provided the account holder has a minimum balance of Redeemable Sweeps Coins as noted in Section 12 below, the account holder may be eligible to redeem or exchange such Redeemable Sweeps Coins for a cash prize or a digital gift card. Redeemable Sweeps Coins can also be used to pay entry fees in any Promotional Game.

   In the event an account holder has a mixed Sweeps Coin balance of both Unplayed and Redeemable Sweeps Coins, the Website will always debit the balance of Unplayed Sweeps Coins first and then the balance of Redeemable Sweeps Coins when the account holder pays for an entry fee into a Promotional Game. For example, if the account holder has a balance of 2.50 Unplayed Sweeps Coins and a balance of 20.00 Redeemable Sweeps Coins and pays a 5.00 Sweeps Coins entry fee to play a Promotional Game, the Website will debit the 2.50 Unplayed Sweeps Coins first, and then 2.50 of the 20.00 Redeemable Sweeps Coins, thus leaving a balance of 0.00 Unplayed Sweeps Coins and a balance of 17.50 Redeemable Sweeps Coins.

   Sweeps Coins are to be used solely by the account holder who received the Sweeps Coins directly from Golden Hearts for participation by such account holder in Promotional Games offered by Golden Hearts on the Website in full compliance with the Terms and Conditions, these Official Sweepstakes Rules, and the Official Game Rules.

   ANY OTHER USE OF SWEEPS COINS IS PROHIBITED, WITH SUCH SWEEPS COINS NOT BEING ACCEPTED AND MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT, PROHIBITION OF FUTURE USE OF THE WEBSITE AND GOLDEN HEARTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES AGAINST SUCH PERSON SO AS TO PROTECT ITS RIGHTS.

   Without limiting the foregoing, Sweeps Coins are not transferable and cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or exchanged between account holders. Only Redeemable Sweeps Coins are exchangeable or redeemable for cash or digital gift cards by Golden Hearts.

   At all times, Golden Hearts shall own all rights to all Sweeps Coins; and, as such, Golden Hearts grants the account holder a limited, exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to Sweeps Coins. For the avoidance of doubt, no property right in Sweeps Coins is conferred by Golden Hearts to the account holder receiving said Sweeps Coins under any legal theory.

7. ACQUIRING SWEEPS COINS

   There are seven (7) possible ways to acquire Unplayed Sweeps Coins:

   1. New Player Welcome Bonus: At the time of initial account creation, Golden Hearts will award each account holder with an initial allocation of both free Gold Coins and free Unplayed Sweeps Coins. The amount of Gold Coins and Unplayed Sweeps Coins offered will be noted prior to account creation and may be increased if a special, single time use promotion code is used.

   2. Daily Visit Bonus: You will be eligible to receive an allocation of both free Gold Coins and free Sweeps Coins once per day. You need to sign into your Golden Hearts account and, if you are eligible, you will receive a pop-up message inviting you to claim your free Gold Coins and free Unplayed Sweeps Coins. If you are not yet eligible, you will see a countdown time noting when you will next be eligible for your Daily Visit Bonus. Account holders are only eligible for one Daily Visit Bonus per day.

   3. Offer Wall Rewards: In partnership with Revenue Universe, Golden Hearts makes an offer wall available where you can earn Unplayed Sweeps Coins by completing offers from various companies, brands, products, or services as curated and made available from time-to-time by Revenue Universe. Access to the offer wall and select offers is subject to change, and Golden Hearts reserves the right to limit participation to any account holder or to suspend the program in its entirety at any time.

   4. Referring Friends: The Golden Hearts “Refer-a-Friend” program is a free program that rewards account holders for referring new individuals to join the Golden Hearts Website. Active account holders can find a unique, custom referral link by visiting the Refer-a-Friend page after signing into their respective Golden Hearts account. By sharing the unique referral link with friends, family, acquaintances or other individuals, the account holder can earn a free reward of Sweeps Coins for use on the Golden Hearts Website.

   5. Social Media Giveaways and Contests: From time-to-time Golden Hearts will offer free contests on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, where account holders can win free Unplayed Sweeps Coins. The terms of each contest will be noted on the respective social media channel and winners of free Unplayed Sweeps Coins will have the Unplayed Sweeps Coins credited to their Golden Hearts account within seven (7) after the conclusion of each contest.

   6. Purchasing Select Gold Coin Packages: Specific packages of Gold Coins may include a bonus of free Sweeps Coins. These packages will be specially marked as not all packages of Gold Coins include a bonus of free Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are used for fun and entertaining social casino play on the Website and cannot be used to win Redeemable Sweeps Coins and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for prizes.

   7. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Sweeps Coins can be acquired by mailing in a request by postal mail. For more information, please see Section 8 below.

8. ACQUIRING SWEEPS COINS VIA THE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY ("AMOE")

   Golden Hearts offers an Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) option where you can request complimentary Sweeps Coins so you can participate in any Promotional Games without making a purchase. Account holders that refrain from making a purchase of Gold Coins may play Promotional Games on the Website on equal terms as those individuals who choose to purchase Gold Coins; purchasers do NOT enjoy any competitive advantage in game play in any of the Promotional Games.

   To request a "Redemption Code" via the United States Postal Service please follow the steps below:

   1. Create a free account or sign into an existing account at https://www.goldenheartsgames.com

   2. Visit the following webpage: https://www.goldenheartsgames.com/amoe/amoe-start

   3. Generate a unique 11-digit Postal Request Code (“PRC”) that you will include in the submission you mail to Golden Hearts. A PRC may only be used once, and only by the Golden Hearts' account that it was generated for at the time of request. Only one (1) PRC can be generated per individual, per calendar day, and only five (5) PRCs can be generated per individual, per calendar month.

   4. On a lineless, white, unfolded 3x5 inch index card, legibly handwrite these five (5) items in order:

      • The unique 11-digit PRC you generated on the website
      • Your name (must match the exact name on your Golden Hearts Games account)
      • Your email address that is associated with your Golden Hearts account
      • Your complete residential address (street, city, state & zip code). This can be written on one or, if additional space is needed, two lines
      • Golden Hearts Games

   5. Place this 3x5 inch index card inside of a handwritten #9 or #10 envelope with appropriate postage (a First-Class U.S. mail stamp) and mail it to:

   Upon receipt of a valid, compliant AMOE request, Golden Hearts will email you a unique Redemption Code (“Redemption Code”) that you can redeem for 500,000 Gold Coins and 6.00 Unplayed Sweeps Coins. The Redemption Code email will be sent to the email address associated with your Golden Hearts Games account and must match the email address that you included on the index card with your request. Redemption Codes will be emailed within 10 business days of receipt of a valid, compliant request.

   Please review the specific rules and requirements below for additional information.

   Important Rules and Requirements:
   1. There is a redemption limit of one (1) Redemption Code per individual, per calendar day, and a limit of up to five (5) Redemption Code per individual, per calendar month. A calendar day is defined as starting at 12:00am ET and ending at 11:59pm ET, with time being kept by Golden Hearts; a calendar month is the first day of each month through the final day of the respective month (eg: 5/1/2025 - 5/31/2025);
   2. When redeeming a Redemption Code, Golden Hearts will determine if the Redemption Code is eligible to be redeemed on that calendar day or in the calendar month. If you have already redeemed a Redemption Code on the current calendar day, you must wait until the following calendar day to redeem another Redemption Code; if you have already redeemed five (5) Redemption Codes in the current calendar month you must wait until the first day of the following calendar month to redeem another Redemption Code;
   3. Each Postal Request Code expires 180 days after it was generated, and each Redemption Code expires 180 days after delivery via email to the recipient;
   4. All requests must be made by the actual Golden Hearts account holder, and Redemption Codes are only eligible to be used by the specific Golden Hearts account that was associated with the original Postal Request Code;
   5. Each request must be postmarked from the same state or a physically adjoining state as the named account holder's billing address, as set forth in his or her Golden Hearts account. Requests received with postmarks outside of the United States or from a non-adjoining state are void and will not be accepted, even if otherwise valid;
   6. Each request MUST be mailed separately. For the avoidance of doubt, Golden Hearts will NOT accept batched, bulk mailed or bundled submissions delivered in the same package. Such bulk packages will not be considered valid and will be voided without notice;
   7. The #9 or #10 envelope MUST include your complete mailing address in the return address section of the envelope, located in the upper left corner. A complete mailing address is one that includes your first and last name, street address (including any unit or apartment number), city, state, and valid U.S. zip code. Failure to include a legible first and last name will result in the submission being voided and rejected;
   8. The #9 or #10 envelope MUST include sufficient postage (a First-Class U.S. mail stamp). Envelopes without postage or with insufficient postage will not be accepted by the United States Post Office and may not be returned to you if you have not included a complete return address on the outer envelope;
   9. All requests MUST be handwritten and legible; black or blue ink is acceptable;
   10. Copied or mechanically reproduced envelopes or 3x5 inch index cards are void and will not result in the awarding of a Redemption Code, even if otherwise valid;
   11. The use of stickers, ink stamps, laser printers, photocopiers, or mechanically reproduced 3x5 inch index cards or envelopes is strictly prohibited and will not result in the provision of “Redemption Code” even if otherwise valid. This includes using stickers or stamps for any of the addresses, including the return address on the outer envelope;
   12. The use of third-party services or any industrialized process to submit requests is also strictly prohibited and voids all such submissions and may constitute illegal tampering. Golden Hearts can, in its sole discretion, determine if a third-party service, team, gang, workshop or any other industrialized process is being applied and declare all such AMOE submissions invalid;
   13. Golden Hearts is under no obligation to notify you in the event your submission is not in compliance with any of the rules or restrictions noted above;
   14. All requests become the property of Golden Hearts and will not be returned, regardless of whether (or not) they are valid;
   15. Golden Hearts disclaims any liability for late, lost, misdirected, postage due, damaged, destroyed, stolen, incomplete, illegible/garbled or corrupted submissions or for technological, electronic or programming failure/malfunction/error regardless of cause;
   16. Golden Hearts disclaims any and all liability in conjunction with invalid submissions. Without limitation, postage will not be refunded;
   17. REDEMPTION CODES ARE TO BE USED SOLELY AND ONLY ONCE BY THE INDIVIDUAL WHO RECEIVED THE SAME DIRECTLY FROM GOLDEN HEARTS. ANY OTHER USE OF REDEMPTION CODES IS PROHIBITED, WITH SUCH REDEMPTION CODES NOT BEING ACCEPTED, AS WELL AS POSSIBLE ACCOUNT CANCELLATION, PROHIBITION OF FUTURE USE OF THE WEBSITE AND GOLDEN HEARTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES AGAINST SUCH PERSON SO AS TO PROTECT ITS RIGHTS;
   18. Golden Hearts reserves the right to modify the specific requirements of the AMOE program at any time. Golden Hearts will provide notice at the top of this Section 8 of the Official Sweepstakes Rules, as well as at the top of the full Official Sweepstakes Rules, for a period of no less than 30 days after any changes to the program have been made.
9. USING SWEEPS COINS TO PARTICIPATE IN PROMOTIONAL GAMES

   Account holders will use Unplayed or Redeemable Sweeps Coins to pay for entry fees or bets in any of the Promotional Games that are activated for Sweeps Coins use. Golden Hearts reserves the right to add, remove or change the list of activated Sweeps Coins Promotional Games at any time. The various entry fees or bets available for each individual Sweeps Coin activate Promotional Game are provided by accessing the individual game itself. Entry fees or bets paid for with Gold Coins are not eligible to be redeemed for prize payouts.

   The prize table and odds of winning are published in each individual game and Golden Hearts reserves the right to change the prize tables or the odds or winning at any time.

   Sweeps Coins won and awarded via game play in any Sweeps Coins activated Promotional Game will be credited to the account holder's Sweeps Coins balance in "redeemable" Sweeps Coins. Please see Section 12 below for additional information about redeeming "redeemable" Sweeps Coins.

10. WINNER DETERMINATION, MALFUNCTIONS, REFUNDS AND PRIZE AWARDS

    Winners will be determined in the manner specified in the Game Rules for a given Promotional Game. The Official Game Rules can be found by visiting the link located at the bottom of every page of the Website and individual game rules can be found within each specific game. The Official Game Rules as well as the individual game rules are subject to change at the discretion of Golden Hearts.

    IN ALL CASES, THE AWARD OF A REDEEMABLE COIN PRIZE IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY GOLDEN HEARTS. ALL MALFUNCTIONS VOID THE GAME AND ANY AND ALL REDEEMABLE COIN PRIZE(S) AWARDED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, (A) LOSS OF INTERNET CONNECTION; (B) LOSS OF POWER OF DEVICE; (C) USE OF APPLICATIONS OR PLUGINS THAT ADVERSELY IMPACT THE NORMAL COURSE OF OPERATION OF ANY GOLDEN HEARTS GAME OR THE WEBSITE IN ITS ENTIRETY; OR (D) ANY OTHER CAUSE OF A MALFUNCTION WHETHER BY THE INTERNET PROVIDER, DEVICE MANUFACTURER, HOSTING SERVICE OR GOLDEN HEARTS, ITSELF. GOLDEN HEARTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUND GOLD OR SWEEPS COINS LOST DUE TO A GAME MALFUNCTION OR TO AWARD THE RESPECTIVE PRIZE(S). IN THE EVENT THAT GOLDEN HEARTS DECIDES TO REFUND SWEEPS COINS LOST IN A PROMOTIONAL GAME THE REFUND WILL BE CREDITED IN UNPLAYED COINS REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF SWEEPS COIN USED TO PAY FOR THE ENTRY FEE.

11. VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF WINNERS

    Sweepstakes winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor and the decision of the Sponsor is final in any and all matters related to the Sweepstakes. A Participant is not a winner, even if the website indicates that he or she is, unless and until the Participant's eligibility has been verified by the Sponsor, including confirmation that the Participant is not in violation of these Official Sweepstakes Rules or the Website's Terms & Conditions.

    IMPORTANT - To be eligible to submit a prize redemption request each Participant must first complete a standard identity verification process, which may also be referred to as Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) verification. This standard process requires each Participant to provide a picture or scanned image of the front and back side of a valid, unexpired, legible photo ID such as a state-issued Driver's License or a non-license photo ID (passports are not acceptable), as well as a selfie of the valid ID holder. This secure identity verification process will be provided by Jumio, a third-party service provider.

    At its discretion, Golden Hearts or Jumio may require additional documentation to verify a Participant's identity. This supplemental process may include, but is not limited to providing proof using a second photo identification, proof of address documentation, validation of Social Security Number (“SSN”), and/or proof of ownership of credit or debit card(s) and ownership of bank account(s).

    Please note that Golden Hearts may require additional documentation to verify a Participant's identity. This supplemental process may include, but is not limited to providing proof using a second photo identification, proof of address documentation, validation of Social Security Number (“SSN”), and/or proof of ownership of credit or debit card(s) and ownership of bank account(s).If a potential winner refuses to cooperate with this KYC verification process (or if a potential winner does cooperate, but Golden Hearts determines in its sole discretion that the potential winner has not fully complied with the Terms and Conditions), these Official Sweepstakes Rules and/or the applicable game rules (e.g., proof furnished by potential winner is determined by Golden Hearts in its sole discretion to be inadequate, incomplete or otherwise unacceptable), such individual's winner status is voided, no prizes will be awarded/distributed to such individual in conjunction with the verification process and Golden Hearts shall have no liability to such individual as to same under any legal theory (with Golden Hearts further reserving the right to compel such individual to disgorge any prizes previously awarded/distributed to him/her/them if also determined by Golden Hearts in its sole discretion to have been received in contravention of the Terms and Conditions, these Official Sweepstakes Rules and/or the applicable game rules), such individual's account will be cancelled and he/she/they will be prohibited from future use of the Website. In addition, Golden Hearts reserves the right to pursue any and all available legal remedies against such individuals so as to protect its rights.

12. REDEMPTION REQUESTS AND PAYOUTS

    In Sweeps Coin activated Promotional Games, prizes will be credited to the account holder's Sweeps Coin balance following the conclusion of each individual Promotional Game in the form of Redeemable Sweeps Coins. Subject to specific minimum redemption or exchange amounts, an account holder may redeem or exchange Redeemable Sweeps Coins at any time once Redeemable Sweeps Coins have been reflected in the account holder's Sweeps Coin account.

    To do so, follow the on-screen instructions on your "My Account" page, providing the number of Redeemable Sweeps Coins to be redeemed or exchanged, the payout method (e.g. - Prizeout redemption; or ACH [bank transfer]) and your payee information (e.g. - legal name, street address including any unit or apartment number, city, state, and valid zip code; for ACH payment, your bank name, routing number, checking account number).

    IMPORTANT - The first and last name on the Golden Hearts account MUST match the first and last name associated with the bank (checking or savings) account. There is no need to include a middle name, middle initial, second surname on your account, even if it is included on your bank account.

    In the event that the account holder's name on his or her Golden Hearts account does not match the name and address submitted at the time of the redemption request and/or does not match the name confirmed by the account holder's bank, Golden Hearts will reject and void the payout request and return the respective Redeemable Sweeps Coins to the account holder's account. Golden Hearts will do this without warning or notification. Any rejected or declined ACH payout will be subject to a $15.00 returned ACH fee, and this fee will be debited from the Redeemable Sweeps Coins before they are refunded to the account balance.

    In the event that a payout is rejected or declined by Prizeout or a commercial bank, the respective Redeemable Sweeps Coins will be credited back to the account holder's Golden Hearts account balance. Golden Hearts will do this without warning or notification. Any rejected or declined ACH payout will be subject to a $15.00 returned ACH fee, and this fee will be debited from the Redeemable Sweeps Coins before they are refunded to the account balance.

    Golden Hearts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refund all or a portion of any redemption payout back to the credit or debit card or cards that were used to make a purchase. In the event that Golden Hearts elects to do this, Golden Hearts will notify the account holder via email to the email address on file no less than 24 hours prior to the refund being processed. In the event that the cumulative prize payout(s) exceeds the total dollars spent on prior Gold Coins purchases charged to a credit or debit card, any excess will be paid to the requested payout method (e.g. - Prizeout Gift Card or Bank ACH).

    MINIMUM REDEMPTION REQUIREMENTS - In order to submit a redemption request to be paid via a digital gift card from Prizeout, an account holder must have at least 50.00 Redeemable Sweeps Coins, which have a redemption value of $50.00; in order to submit a redemption request to be paid via ACH direct deposit to a U.S. bank account, an account holder must have at least 100 Redeemable Sweeps Coins, which have a redemption value of $100.00.

    THE ABOVE-INDICATED RESTRICTIONS ON REDEMPTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. AT THE TIME OF ANY AND ALL CHANGES, GOLDEN HEARTS WILL UPDATE THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES ACCORDINGLY. These are only estimates and payouts might be received faster or slower based on various circumstances.     Please note that the Golden Hearts Accounting Department is based in Massachusetts, so payouts are processed daily, Monday - Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm ET. On occasion, a member of the Golden Hearts Accounting Team may process redemption requests via Prizeout gift cards on a weekend or holiday. However, this is never guaranteed and should not be relied upon. Business days are Monday through Friday, but do not include Federal bank holidays (e.g. - 4th of July or Thanksgiving).

    All unspecified expenses in conjunction with a prize redemption (e.g., bank fees if payment via ACH is selected), prize acceptance and prize usage are the winner's sole responsibility. Prizes are not transferable or assignable.

13. REDEMPTION LIMITATION FOR RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA

    The maximum redemption of a prize won by a single Participant residing in Florida is limited to the aggregate value of US $5,000 ("Maximum Redemption") per the Sweepstakes Period. Participants residing in Florida are eligible to redeem up to an aggregate value of US $5,000 in a future Sweepstakes Period.

14. TAX LIABILITY AND TAX REPORTING

    All taxes on prizes are solely the winner's responsibility. GOLDEN HEARTS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING APPLICABLE TAXES OR TAX-DEDUCTIBILITY AND GOLDEN HEARTS CANNOT PROVIDE TAX ADVICE. Please contact a tax professional if you have questions and concerns about the tax implications of participating and winning on the Website.

    If, in a Promotional Game, an account holder wins an individual Redeemable Sweeps Coin prize with a redemption value of US $600 or greater, he or she may be required to complete and execute an Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) W9 Tax Form by providing a full legal name, street address, city, state, zip, country, and Social Security Number so that Golden Hearts may issue the Participant an IRS W-2G Tax Form and report the receipt of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service in accordance with applicable law. Refusal to complete and execute the IRS W9 Tax Form upon Golden Hearts's request may result in forfeiture of any such prize, with such refusal resulting in cancellation of account and prohibition of future use of the Website.

    If, in a Promotional Game, a Participant wins an individual Redeemable Sweeps Coin prize with a redemption value of US $5,000 or greater, Golden Hearts is required to apply 24% Regular Withholding as defined by the IRS. Funds withheld by Golden Hearts will be remitted to the IRS and noted on the IRS Form W-2G that is provided to the Participant the following January. The Participant may be eligible to recover some or all of the 24% that was held as part of his or her annual tax return filing. Please contact a tax professional if you have any questions.

    By January 31st of each calendar year, Golden Hearts is required to report winnings on an IRS Form W-2G in the event of a win where the individual prize had a) a redemption value of $600.00 or greater and b) the prize was at least 300 times the value of the entry fee paid to enter the respective Promotional Game. In the event that an account holder had more than one (1) win in a calendar year that meets the criteria noted above, the account holder will receive one (1) Form W-2G with the aggregate value of all eligible wins as well as any regular withholding.

15. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

    You indemnify, release and agree to hold harmless Golden Hearts Games, Golden Hearts Games' Affiliates; as well as Paysafe, Apple, Leader Bank, Banc of California, Meta, Inc., Facebook, Inc., Alphabet Inc. and Google, Inc. from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to: negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property arising out of or relating to your use of the Website (including any Promotional Games) and acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of prize monies (as applicable).

16. USE OF NAME AND IMAGES PUBLICLY

    Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's agreement and consent for Golden Hearts and its designees to use their first name, first initial of their last name, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by Winner regarding Golden Hearts or the Website (including its Promotional Games), worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising or promotion on behalf of Golden Hearts and its designees in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, or the Internet, without further compensation or any limitation, restriction, notice, review, or approval. The preceding includes but is not limited to media interviews to be conducted by Golden Hearts or its designees upon reasonable request. Nothing herein in any way obligates Golden Hearts or its designees to use such publicity rights and, by refraining from doing so for any reason neither Golden Hearts nor its designees shall incur any liability of any kind.

17. PRIVACY

    3. any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any function or feature of the Website or communications (whether sent to or sent by an individual);

20. HACKING OR TAMPERING WITH THE SERVICES

    CAUTION: YOU AGREE THAT ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE, UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY GAME OFFERED THEREON), USE A PROGRAM OR "BOT" TO PLAY MULTIPLE GAMES CONCURRENTLY OR TO AVOID ACTUALLY OPERATING THE GAME OR OTHERWISE ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD GOLDEN HEARTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WEBSITE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY GAME OFFERED THEREON) WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT, PROHIBITION FROM FUTURE USE OF THE WEBSITE AND, IN SUCH INSTANCE, GOLDEN HEARTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES AGAINST SUCH PERSON.

21. GOVERNING LAW

    As fully set forth in the Terms and Conditions, participants understand and agree that:

    Any claims or disputes regarding any Promotional Game, the Sweepstakes, these Official Sweepstakes Rules or the Official Game Rules will be resolved pursuant to the internal, substantive law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to choice of law/conflict of law principles which would result in the application of the law of any jurisdiction other than that of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If any provision of these Official Sweepstakes Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

22. FORCE MAJEURE

    If, for any reason, a Promotional Game is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer viruses, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, epidemic/pandemic, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the control of Golden Hearts which, in its sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of such Promotional Game, Golden Hearts reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend such affected Promotional game making prize(s) available for same in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with the applicable game rules for such Promotional Game, as determined by Golden Hearts in its sole discretion. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, should a Promotional game be canceled outright, the liability of Golden Hearts shall be limited to return to participants in such affected Promotional Game of the Sweeps Coins used to participate in same (for account holders who participate via a purchase or without a purchase). Notice of any such action by Golden Hearts will be posted on the Website.

23. GENERAL TERMS

    Golden Hearts reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify these Official Sweepstakes Rules or part of any Promotional Games at any time without warning. Golden Hearts will update the “Last Updated” date located at the top of these Official Sweepstakes Rules anytime a change is made and may elect, at its sole discretion, to provide an additional notice on the Website or sent via email. In the event of a change to these Official Sweepstakes Rules, a Participant's continued use of the Website and participation in the Promotional Games or Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
