To request a “Redemption Code” via the United States Postal Service please follow the steps below:

  • Generate a unique 11-digit Postal Request Code (“PRC”) that you will include in the submission you mail to Golden Hearts. A PRC may only be used once, and only by the Golden Hearts' account that it was generated for at the time of request. Only one (1) PRC can be generated per individual, per calendar day, and only five (5) PRCs can be generated per individual, per calendar month. Each PRC expires 180 days after it is generated.

  • On a standard, lineless, blank, unfolded 3x5 inch card, legibly handwrite these five (5) items:
  1. The unique 11-digit PRC you generated on the website
  2. Your name (must match the exact name on your Golden Hearts Games account)
  3. Your email address that is associated with your Golden Hearts account
  4. Your complete residential address (street, city, state & zip code). This can be written on one or, if additional space is needed, two lines
  5. Golden Hearts Games
  • Place this 3x5 inch index card inside of a handwritten #10 envelope with appropriate postage (a First-Class U.S. mail stamp) and mail it to:

Upon receipt of a valid, compliant AMOE request, Golden Hearts will email you a unique Redemption Code (“Redemption Code”) that you can redeem for Gold Coins and Unplayed Sweeps Coins. The Redemption Code email will be sent to the email address associated with your Golden Hearts Games account and must match the email address that you included on the index card with your request. Redemption Codes will be emailed within 10 business days of receipt of a valid, compliant request.

Please note that you may only redeem one (1) Redemption Code per calendar day and each Redemption Code expires 180 days after delivery.
